At Fitness Nation, our focus is on group exercise. Why? Simple. Research and our own experience show that people are more motivated and get better results working as a team than they do by themselves.

We’ve designed a series of systems that help get you to your goals. Our HIT® classes have been created to make you burn maximum calories, our Techniq® classes boost your metabolism and show you how to properly perform exercises and our Recoup® classes help you to recover and refresh.

Following a tissue quality, mobility and flexibility circuit, you’ll engage in a series of muscle building moves and fat frying exercises in an interval style format that will have you torching fat while building a functional strong physique.

FN Kickboxing

 Techniq

 

A blend of athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. You can burn as many as 800 calories in this one-hour Techniq system and achieve a total body workout.  The class involves technical combinations of punches and kicks that are repeated multiple times to ensure mastery.

Tai Chi/Kali & Kickboxing

 Recoup/Techniq

 

 Tai Chi: Recover from the stress of a tough day at work or a hard workout! Learn authentic Yang Style Tai Chi through forms and partner push hands drills.  Improve balance and coordination, as well as sense of well-being. Strengthen muscles and improve circulation. 

Kali & Kickboxing: Take kickboxing partner drills from JKD, Savate and Wing Chung. Add stick, knife and open hand techniques from Kali (Escrima/Arnis). And you have an awesome and dynamic fitness workout that will challenge both the body and mind!
